  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to troubleshoot electrical issues that may arise in conjunction with their work.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and proven experience as a maintenance electrician or similar role.
  • Electrical Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques, as well as familiarity with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals, and proficiency in using testing equipment and tools for diagnostics.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
  • Availability: Availability to work in an on-call rotation or respond to emergency electrical repairs when needed.
