  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure quality care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Two years of med/surg and telemetry experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • RN (Registered Nurse) licensure in the State of Missouri.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA (American Heart Association).
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification from AHA (American Heart Association).
  • Preferred: CMSRN Med/Surg certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors - Nursing degree.
  • Preferred: Masters - Nursing degree.
