Personal Banker Bozeman Smiths Center

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our team in Bozeman, MT. As a key member of our National Branch Network, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive outreach and propose suitable products and services to help customers achieve their financial goals
- Assist customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
- Work closely with managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures
- Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to effectively connect with customers' needs
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build strong relationships
- Offer suitable options for bank products and services to customers
- Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as necessary
- 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
- Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
- Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate
- Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs
- Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
- Maintains cash drawer, cash handling, and balancing, and spends time completing service-related tasks as needed
- This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date.
