About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Tyrone Collier American Family Insurance. In this role, you will market and sell our insurance products, build relationships with customers, and promote brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Use consultative selling techniques to sell insurance products to new customers and help grow our agency.
- Cross-Selling: Proactively offer additional coverage to existing customers and coordinate with the agency team to provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through leads, telephone calls, and personal contacts.
- Presentation Skills: Prepare quotations, applications, and deliver effective presentations to close sales.
Requirements:
- Able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license ahead of starting work.
- Ability to work independently and plan, prioritize, and organize tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites) and digital devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).
