Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Program Manager to join our dynamic team at Leidos Innovations Center (LInC). As a key member of our Electronic Warfare (EW) division R&D portfolio, you will play a vital role in managing programs that push the boundaries of technology and innovation.

About the Role

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute medium to large-scale programs to meet customer expectations and contract requirements.
  • Integrate all functions and activities necessary to ensure program success, leveraging your expertise in project management, technical operations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Actively monitor, track, and manage program tasks, performance, subcontractors, risks, costs, and schedule to drive results and minimize delays.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to multi-discipline teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and productivity.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SAP clearance.
  • Proven experience in overseeing technical teams and managing R&D programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, management, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently under stringent timelines and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with captures, including business development, customer relations, and proposal management/writing.
  • Experience with agile scheduling, financial systems, and managing program budgets.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of prior relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Active Top Secret clearance.
