We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in an in-patient hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities- Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
- Enter patient information into our system accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure smooth operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency required
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
