  • BOM Checks: Verify the accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) checks to ensure that all necessary components are present.
  • Measurement and Calibration: Use precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and plug gauges to measure parts and ensure accurate readings.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure that all processes and procedures are compliant with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • First Piece and End of Run Verification: Verify the quality of first piece and end of run parts to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Layout and PPAP Development: Develop and execute layouts and PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process) to ensure that parts meet specifications.
