Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage MIPS data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective depression screening tracking systems
  • Monitor and analyze staging reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage no-show and late appointment tracking to optimize patient satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of provider information
  • Monitor visit note status to maintain accurate patient records
  • Develop and implement patient satisfaction surveys to measure quality of care
  • Manage insurance contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective FPPE programs at the hospital
  • Maintain the effectiveness of the Compliance Program and ensure employees are knowledgeable of relevant regulations and policies
  • Develop and provide education and training on the Compliance Program and relevant regulations
  • Manage investigative and audit processes to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Degree in Public Health or Healthcare Administration
  • 3-year Healthcare experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as a team
