Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients in exploring and engaging in recreational activities to boost their daily living skills and foster community involvement.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and community partners to cultivate skills and leverage community resources for optimal independence.
- Execute interventions including arts and crafts, dance, sports, culinary activities, and games to support overall well-being.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation capabilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- CTRS Certification, along with CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
- A valid Driver's License and dependable transportation.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
- Successful completion of various background checks.
