Job Overview

Hilldrup is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team of sales professionals. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-focused sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect, network, and establish strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage the sales cycle, ensuring that all aspects of our services are delivered as promised, including ongoing communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and service delivery personnel.
  4. Adhere to established sales techniques and maintain a strong focus on ethical business practices, consistent with Hilldrup's values.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Four-year degree from an accredited university, preferably with a concentration in marketing, sales, and/or business.
  • Five to seven years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the moving or furniture industries.
  • Previous project management experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with autonomous work.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding financial and business acumen.
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.
