Position Overview:
Maternal Fetal Medicine Associates, in collaboration with Carnegie Imaging for Women, is actively searching for a qualified individual to join our team as an OB Ultrasound Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct clinical evaluations and diagnostic sonography examinations.
2. Review patient medical histories and follow physician directives.
3. Prepare and calibrate equipment for procedures.
4. Choose suitable equipment settings for optimal imaging.
5. Clearly explain procedures to patients and document relevant medical histories.
6. Guide patients into positions that enhance imaging quality.
7. Utilize independent judgment during examinations to accurately identify normal versus abnormal findings.
8. Select images for physician review to aid in diagnosis.
9. Perform measurements, compute values, and analyze results for preliminary reports.
10. Complete initial examination reports for discussion with the attending physician.

$90,000 - $100,000 per year
