Customer Experience Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through personalized interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a genuine and personalized way, ensuring they feel welcome, heard, and valued.
  • Support a selling environment on the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
  • Utilize technology to provide a frictionless customer experience, including transactions, size and color searches, and order placement for unavailable items.

Teamwork and Communication:

  • Build productive relationships with peers, seeking support when needed and making an effort to help others.
  • Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
  • Contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
  • Provide insights related to customer and employee experiences and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.

Visual and Business Operations:

  • Understand their contribution to service and selling on every shift to impact the store's business.
  • Support the shipment process to gain awareness of products, including new and restocked items, and contribute to omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels.
  • Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards, focusing on the customer and staying current on merchandising updates.

Requirements:

  • Anthropologie brand fan
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience as a team player
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range: Starting from USD $13.25/Hr.
