About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled Geriatric Care Specialist to join our team at EmpowerMe Wellness. As a Geriatric Care Specialist, you will work closely with seniors in various care settings, providing speech-language pathology and wellness services, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language pathology and wellness services to older adults
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance professional growth and development
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to promote best practices and continuous learning
Your Compensation:
- A salary range of $95,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- ASHA certification and current state licensure in SLP
