Job Summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate New Graduate Nurse to join our team in an education-oriented setting. As a New Grad Registered Nurse (RN), you will have the opportunity to learn alongside our dedicated professionals and become the future of exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibilities
  • Patient Care & Service: Provide high-quality patient care by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, and performing various treatment procedures.
  • Planning & Communication: Develop and document individualized care plans customized for each patient's unique needs, with support from the interdisciplinary health team as needed.
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) Management: Demonstrate proficient use of an EHR, including accurate patient and provider documentation and communication.
  • Compliance: Adhere to required department and system protocols, regulations (local, state, federal) and education requirements.
Requirements
  • AS: Nursing (Required)
  • BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
  • RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
