About the Position
As a dedicated Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to enhance their functional abilities. Key Responsibilities
1. Evaluate patients' functional capabilities and formulate tailored treatment plans.
2. Implement therapeutic exercises and activities aimed at enhancing clients' physical and mental health.
3. Educate patients and their families on adaptive strategies and necessary equipment.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care plans.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as required for optimal outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of two years of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
