Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Test Engineer to join our team at Unity Systems. This role involves testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of high-voltage, high-power systems in a fast-paced electrical manufacturing environment.

About the Role
  • Test complex electrical systems (480 VAC 3-phase) following detailed procedures.
  • Diagnose and fix product issues through failure analysis (FA) and debugging.
  • Work with engineers to improve testing processes and resolve technical problems.
  • Support production by guiding operators on testing standards.
  • Perform specialized tests based on customer requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • HV (High Voltage) HP (High Power) testing and troubleshooting experience.
  • Proficiency in failure analysis (FA) and debugging.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office for documentation.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and safety standards (OSHA, NEC).
  • Experience with automated testing systems.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
