Job Overview:

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator has the responsibility and accountability for the coordination of clinical activities and patient care twenty-four hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five days a year. Develops and sustains an environment that promotes excellence in clinical practice and customer satisfaction, while striving for optimal efficiency, productivity and utilization of all resources.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience

About the Role:

This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and promote excellent clinical outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating clinical activities, providing guidance and support to junior staff members, and contributing to the development of unit policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Massachusetts RN Licensure3 Years of RN ExperienceCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
