As a Per Diem Mammography Technologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with breast cancer screening. We provide flexible scheduling options, including the opportunity to cover on a moment's notice, experience different office environments, and work with state-of-the-art 3D tomosynthesis digital mammography equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialize in the production of screening and diagnostic mammograms for the detection of breast cancers and lesions.
• Assist practices in achieving annual screening mammogram goals.
• Prepare patients for mammographic procedures and explain processes to reduce anxieties.
• Maintain equipment in proper working order and follow safety standards.
• Process routine paperwork, data entry, and quality assurance testing.
• Participate in professional development activities and maintain affiliations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mammography.
• ARRT certification.
