Job ProfileWe are seeking an experienced Customer Support Expert to join our team. Key duties include providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the company's success and growth. Essential qualifications include excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process tax returns accurately and efficiently
  • Manage and organize office documents and records
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Provide top-notch customer service to onsite guests
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or administration
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software is necessary
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, or tax preparation is a plus
