Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing quality care in post-acute care facilities
  • Collaborating with medical staff to create care plans
  • Delivering treatments and administering medications to residents
  • Reviewing care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff
  • Educating residents and family members about care options
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of medical interventions and histories
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • Experience in either post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
