Hospice Nurse Opportunity

At TotalMed, we are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team as a Hospice Nurse. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families.

About the Role

The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
