Job Summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of sheet metal duct systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Direct and supervise a team of sheet metal installers and repair technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Project Management: Read and interpret blueprints and equipment packaging lists to plan and coordinate sheet metal installation and repair activities.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems related to sheet metal installation and repair, collaborating with superintendents and project managers to find solutions.
  • Tool and Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of tools, large machines, and specialty equipment to perform sheet metal installation and repair tasks.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all sheet metal installation and repair work meets company standards for quality and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of commercial sheet metal experience, with a strong background in installation and repair.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Extensive knowledge of sheet metal installation and repair techniques, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and equipment packaging lists.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, reaching, and gripping, as well as occasional sitting, stooping, crouching, and climbing.
  • Education: High School Graduate or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on work experience and training.
