Job Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and communicative Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our mixed-use construction projects. As part of our team, you will:

  • Coordinate with property managers and maintenance supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines and task assignments.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting regular progress reports and labor detail reports.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also:

  • Support the project manager in coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Participate in site visits to monitor project progress and address any concerns.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial construction or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
