Position Overview:
Sterling Medical Corporation is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to provide exceptional healthcare support.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $21.18.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications:
- Valid CMA certification or diploma
- At least 1 year of CMA experience within the last 36 months
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient needs for CMA/MA care and develop appropriate medical intervention plans.
- Administer oxygen and medications via subcutaneous and intramuscular routes.
- Prepare patients for surgical and diagnostic procedures.
- Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment, including cardiac monitors and defibrillators.
- Manage inventory of medications and supplies to ensure availability.
- Provide immediate assessment and management of urgent medical issues alongside routine appointments.
- Welcome patients to the clinic, discreetly identifying their medical concerns and directing them to the appropriate care.
- Respond to inquiries for routine non-medical information.
- Handle phone calls professionally.
- Maintain and organize healthcare records.
- Input daily patient data into the healthcare information systems.
