About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Palliative Care team at Agape Care Group. As a Palliative Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the patient's family and care team.
  • Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest palliative care practices and research.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting, with hospice experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs.
