Job Description

At The Spring Of Tampa Bay Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Associate to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, managing sales and inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory, process transactions, and restock shelves as needed.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, and perform daily tasks to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail operations preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
Working Conditions:

The Retail Associate will work in a retail store environment, with regular exposure to cash handling, customer interactions, and physical activity. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods is required.
