Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Northwestern Oregon.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours of work per week. This compensation package includes tax-free stipend amounts that will be determined upon confirmation.

Job Responsibilities

Key Job Duties:

  • Provide assessment, treatment, and monitoring of hospital patients with cardiopulmonary compromise
  • Conduct various diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and serve as a technical and educational resource for patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals
  • Ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret information relative to the patient's age-specific needs is required
  • Other responsibilities include general floor assignments, critical care, bronchoscopy assists, emergency room, code team, and ECGs

    Qualifications

    To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

    • A minimum of 6 months of recent experience in respiratory therapy
    • Graduation from an accredited school of respiratory therapy
    • BLS Certification
    • ACLS Certification
    • Active State License in respiratory therapy
    • Demonstrate exceptional professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members
