Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with our business objectives and ensure market competitiveness.
  • Global Compensation Management: Lead the development and implementation of global compensation programs, including base pay, allowances, and total target cash.
  • Analytics and Market Benchmarking: Conduct complex analytics and market benchmarking to ensure our compensation programs are effective and competitive.
  • HR Systems Configuration and Reporting: Configure and report on HR systems, including Workday, to ensure accurate and timely compensation data.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and deliver presentations and training on compensation programs, processes, and data to multiple audiences.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions Support: Support mergers and acquisitions activities, including compensation-related due diligence and integration planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Human Resources a plus.
  • Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on global compensation management.
  • Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills, intermediate or advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and intermediate or advanced HRIS systems experience.
