- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree in Finance or Human Resources a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on global compensation management.
- Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills, intermediate or advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and intermediate or advanced HRIS systems experience.
