Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line supervisory and direct care to clinical and clerical staff.
  • Collaborate with the director to manage the clinical program from a staffing, PI, and HR perspective.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of clinical and clerical staff to ensure the safe, cost-effective, and efficient flow of department/unit/clinic activities.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment, volume, and acuity.
Requirements
  • Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the state.
  • BCLS (AHA) and ALS upon hire and maintain current.
  • Previous acute care hospital experience in the area of department/unit specialization required.
  • Bachelor Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
