CNC and Manual Tube Bender

In the role of CNC and Manual Tube Bender, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of both CNC and manual tube bending machines to shape metal tubing at various angles. Your duties will also include operating CNC Tube Lasers for cutting tubing, as well as measuring and sizing metal tubing using industrial saws and tape measures.
Key Responsibilities- Interpreting blueprints and work instructions to accurately drill holes in metal components.
- Grinding and assembling mechanical parts utilizing basic hand and power tools.
- Conducting quality inspections of parts using blueprints and measuring instruments.
- Proficient in CNC operation
- Experience with manual tube bending
- Skilled in the use of industrial saws
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Competence in drilling and grinding
- Assembly skills
- Attention to detail in quality inspection
- Mechanical aptitude
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Team collaboration skills
This position is fully on-site and involves working in a well-organized sheet metal fabrication setting equipped with modern machinery. The work environment includes various equipment such as forklifts, a powder coat line, and designated machine operation areas. The operations support multiple industries, including exercise equipment manufacturing, automotive, and semiconductor sectors.
