Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership for resident care, managing and directing the nursing team to promote health and wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical providers to coordinate care and services for residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring residents receive the highest quality care.
- Manage medication care managers, overseeing the medication management program to promote resident safety.
- Lead clinical quality and process improvement initiatives, mitigating risk and improving resident care outcomes.
- Recruit, hire, and train clinical team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN) or License Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Minimum two (2) years RN/LVN experience, with at least one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment.
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid.
