Make a Difference in the Lives of Children

Seasons Center for Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Based Therapist to join our team. As a School Based Therapist, you will work with children who have mental, emotional, or behavioral health challenges, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive.

About the Job

We work with several school districts across our service areas to provide mental health services to students within the school setting. Our team uses evidence-based practices and interventions to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health services to children in a school setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active Iowa license (LMHC, LMSW, LISW, or LMFT preferred)
  • Experience working with children with behavioral health needs (preferred)
  • Bilingual candidates are a plus, but not required
