As a General Manager at Wendy's, you will be responsible for leading a multi-talented team in a fast-paced environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer has a great experience, every time they visit our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, while maintaining high-quality food and service standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three to four years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience or military background a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
  • Flexible work availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
