About the Role:

This is a long-term, full-time position with full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays. We are searching for detail-oriented individuals with technical and mechanical experience/aptitude and a strong work ethic who are looking for an opportunity to start a career that offers unlimited opportunities for growth and career progression.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures, and systems.
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, heating, and cooling systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and perform required preventative maintenance duties.
  • Operate a PIT forklift, and pallet jack, and spend a considerable part of your day working in a mobile environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Facilities preventative and corrective maintenance.
  • Associate degree or Technical certificate in HVAC, Automotive, or Mechanical application.
  • Ability to work in clean room environments, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, pull 250lbs at least once a day, and spend most of the time (greater than 90% less break time) on the floor working on tool sets, walking 3-5 miles a day, and/or standing/sitting for 9 hours.
