Aerotek is Immediately Hiring a Metal Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Metal Fabricator to join our team in Coxsackie, NY.

About the Job:

This is a contract-to-hire position with an estimated duration of 6 months. The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $20.16 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate various machines and tools to alter sheet metal or extruded metal products according to specifications.
  • Read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide ITAR documentation, such as a US birth certificate or passport, as required.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience working with hand tools.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic math skills, including decimals, percentages, fractions, geometry, and trigonometry.
  • Computer skills, particularly with ERP systems.
  • A 'go-getter' attitude and strong work ethic.
