As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming shopping atmosphere.

Primary Duties:

  • Guide customers in finding products and offering effective solutions
  • Deliver prompt and courteous checkout assistance
  • Engage customers with our Rewards program and facilitate enrollments
  • Inform customers about the Voice of Customer feedback initiative
  • Assist with Omni channel operations such as Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
  • Participate in receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and arranging merchandise displays
  • Maintain recovery standards to ensure a well-organized store
  • Contribute to loss prevention and safety initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to stand for extended periods and navigate throughout the store
  • Regular bending, lifting, and reaching required
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and utilize ladders

Work Setting:

  • Retail environment with some outdoor responsibilities
  • Work hours may include evenings, weekends, and early mornings
