  • Team Collaboration: Interact effectively with diverse groups of people, without biases, and get along with other team members, always showing care and respect.
  • Personal and Uniform Cleanliness: Ensure personal and uniform cleanliness, help and compliment other team members, and make new employees feel welcome and help train employees as assigned.
  • Productivity and Focus: Follow instructions, be consistently productive and focused, and willingly accept direction and feedback from management and other team members.
  • Restaurant Procedures and Standards: Follow JIB procedures and standards in performing all workstation activities.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Have an excellent record of attendance and punctuality (5 minutes before scheduled start time), and be flexible to meet restaurant scheduling needs.
  • Dependability and Reliability: Be dependable and reliable, maintaining restaurant cleanliness inside and outside by following JIB cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Appearance and Grooming: Maintain a clean, neat appearance, following uniform and grooming standards.

Requirements:

  • Integrity and Ethical Behavior: Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift, lift and carry 10-65 lbs, take guests' orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors.
  • Work Environment: Ability and desire to work in a very fast-paced environment.
