Position Summary
The role of Manufacturing Production Workers involves the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment, including machining, processing, assembly, and packaging machinery.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate machinery for machining, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging to produce items that meet production specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Handle, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products efficiently.
• Monitor output quality to identify defective products for rework or disposal.
• Maintain accurate daily production logs to contribute to performance assessments.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; vocational training or an associate degree may be beneficial.
