Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

Covenant Health (Tennessee) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Maine. As a member of our integrated medical system, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in a collaborative environment.
Opportunity Highlights:- Full-time position with a 4-day clinic work week, totaling 32 patient contact hours per week.
- Flexible scheduling and remote capabilities for administrative tasks.
- Reasonable expectation of patient volume, with a one-year ramp-up period.
- Minimum outpatient only call with after-hours nurse triage.
- Work alongside caring and experienced support staff, making a meaningful impact on the health of the community.
- Industry standard staffing ratios that meet or exceed ratios driven by MGMA national and regional data.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, 403b & 457 Retirement Plans with company match, $4K yearly CME allowance, Paid Time Off, and more.
- Comprehensive compensation package consisting of $280,000 base salary, $20,000 sign-on Bonus, Up to $20,000 year Medical Education Loan Reimbursement for the term of the loan, and Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance.
- Potential to earn significantly more in total compensation with tiered productivity model.
- Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine or Board Eligible with the intention of becoming Board Certified within 2 years of hire.
