Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled AI Solutions Engineer to contribute to our AI Center of Excellence. In this position, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of machine learning models, from deployment to troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside engineers and data scientists to develop impactful AI solutions.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the deployment of machine learning models into production environments
  • Identifying and resolving issues within deployment pipelines
  • Utilizing essential machine learning tools and frameworks
  • Manipulating and preparing data using dataframes for model training
  • Collaborating with various teams within the AI Center of Excellence to ensure effective model implementation
  • Analyzing extensive datasets to uncover trends and insights
  • Developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms

Qualifications and Experience

  • Active SECRET clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • At least 8 years of experience in DevOps or MLOps
  • Proficient understanding of machine learning modeling techniques and algorithms
  • Experience with programming languages and tools such as Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git
  • Familiarity with popular data science libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, PyTorch)
  • Strong mathematical skills, including statistics and algebra
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with deploying open-source large language models (LLMs)
  • Knowledge of DataBricks and Splunk
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and neural networks

Education

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
