Job Title: AWS AI/ML ADC Engineer II

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to join our team and work on automation, development, and operations to support AWS AI/ML services for US government customers in isolated, air-gapped cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions in air-gapped cloud environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical project definition, scoping, and prioritization discussions
  • Develop and maintain documentation, wikis, runbooks, and processes related to ADC operations
  • Identify and investigate systemic patterns and determine short-term mitigations for ADC implementations lacking high availability, performance, security, maintainability, etc.
  • Diagnose, root-cause, and resolve difficult ADC-specific issues, leveraging knowledge of ADC architectural differences
  • Communicate effectively with customers and partner teams, fostering a constructive dialogue and seeking professional resolutions aligned to ADC needs
Requirements
  • 3+ years of systems administration experience (Linux/Windows)
  • Experience working with scripting languages
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating and improving documentation, runbooks, automation for ops
  • Familiarity with ADC security policies, information handling, and compliance standards
  • Background mentoring/training other engineers on technical topics
  • Expertise in one or more AWS service areas (e.g. AI/ML, databases, containers etc.)
