Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to join our dynamic team at iTrust Wellness Group, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic mental health services to our patients through a hybrid model of in-office and telehealth sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for case consultations.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and integrate best practices into clinical care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience as an independently licensed therapist.
  • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Valid LISW license in South Carolina.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) certification or experience.
  • Experience working with patients diagnosed with Personality Disorders, Trauma, Depression and Anxiety Disorders, and Bipolar Disorder.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year, reimbursement for licensure and CEU expenses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and a 401K plan with employer match.

Work-Life Balance:

We prioritize work-life balance and offer a hybrid schedule with 2 days in-office and 3 days virtual, no on-call requirements, and no weekends or holidays.

We provide dedicated support staff, full administrative support, and access to all necessary technology and equipment. You will also receive a $400 work-from-home stipend and opportunities for professional growth and development.
