As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and administration functions of our full-service restoration company in Norwalk, CT.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

* Competitive salary: $25.00 plus hourly DOE
* Monthly bonus structure

**Responsibilities:**

* Accurately invoice clients and manage accounts payable
* Manage the company's checking accounts and cash flows
* Reconcile the company's checking accounts monthly
* Prepare bank deposits
* Collect overdue accounts receivable
* Accurately prepare the company's payroll
* Prepare financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
* Direct and coordinate the company's financial planning and budget management functions
* Manage the preparation of financial reports and forecasts
* Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
* Oversee daily operations of the Finance department
* Ensure compliance with local, state/provincial, and federal reporting requirements
* Work with other department heads, executives, and owners to develop and execute the strategic plan
* Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of the company
* Provide recommendations for process and procedure improvements

**Requirements:**

* 3+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience
* Proficient in QuickBooks (Intuit), Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Proven strong time management, organizational, process improvement, and independence skills
* Consent to satisfactory credit check upon hire
