Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work with our clients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client care.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
  • Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, including clinical and progress notes, according to department policy.
  • Work closely with members of the healthcare team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
  • Active California state licensure as LCSW.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
  • Knowledge of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches, including cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
  • Open-mindedness and a desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases.
