Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Library Page. As a Library Page, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our library, ensuring that our patrons have a positive and productive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of duties related to performing basic clerical and/or technical library functions.
  • Assist with shelving, processing, and maintaining library materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate modern office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; six months of general customer service experience or equivalent in library employment desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Basic math and English skills, with the ability to accurately perform calculations and record-keeping tasks.
