Bachelor's Degree

Additional Educational Requirements:
A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or a Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

Minimum Years of Experience:
5 years

Certification(s) Required:
CPA, Bar Membership, or other relevant tax, technology, or finance credentials may qualify for this role.

Demonstrates proven leadership abilities in:

  • Applying U.S. federal income tax law to various corporate structures and transactions, including tax-efficient structuring and reorganization provisions;
  • Identifying client needs, building relationships, and managing project workflows and budgets;
  • Leading teams to foster trust, encouraging diverse viewpoints, and providing constructive feedback.

Demonstrates success as a tax technical advisor, developing new client relationships and promoting services with a collaborative mindset.
