Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Account Executive (Director of Strategic Accounts) to lead our business development efforts. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for winning and growing business for OfferFit by owning new and existing senior customer relationships.

In this role, you'll work closely with our business development and marketing teams to create leads, engage with potential new customers, and collaborate with current and future OfferFit customers to determine the highest-impact applications of our AI solution.

  • You will participate in OfferFit POV motion to ensure customer success, working closely with our technical implementation team.
  • You will build and own relationships with senior leaders at OfferFit's customer companies, such as CMOs and CIOs.
  • You will communicate customer needs to OfferFit's product and marketing teams, ensuring a customer-centric product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Structuring plans, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution to achieve business outcomes.
  2. Built trust-based relationships with internal team members and external partners, combining empathy with direct, challenging conversations.
  3. Creating scalable frameworks to optimize business outcomes.
  4. Taking initiative, working around obstacles, and finding creative solutions to drive growth.
  5. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  6. Effective communication, both written and verbal, to express yourself clearly and persuasively.
  7. Sales expertise, particularly in enterprise sales and SPIN selling/MEDDPICC qualification methodology.
