CentraState Healthcare System is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will provide quality pharmaceutical services to patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:- Process orders in a timely and accurate manner within established department standards.
- Prepare sterile preparations in a timely and accurate manner within USP 797 and USP 800 requirements.
- Perform clinical interventions based on P&T approved protocol and clinical/professional judgment.
- Supply drug information and consultations to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives in the department.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- 1 year of hospital experience preferred.
- Pharmacist License in the state of New Jersey.
