Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Autism Learning Partners. As a key member of our staff, you will work directly with children and families to provide therapy and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and experience working with children with autism. A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions to children and families using ABA principles and techniques
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
  • Maintain accurate records of treatment data and progress
  • Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure consistency and quality of care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits:
