Key Responsibilities:
  • Address all customer inquiries with an unwavering commitment to achieving 100% satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming calls regarding new and pre-owned vehicles, aiming to secure a definite appointment for potential customers to visit our sales or service departments.
  • Exhibit a friendly and accommodating attitude while responding to customer questions and providing relevant vehicle sales or service information.
  • Maintain and convey exceptional knowledge of our products and inventory to clients.
  • Collect and manage customer data as instructed, ensuring accurate entry into the BDC database.
  • Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns, aligning with dealership and manufacturer objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Sales BDC Representatives in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all internet leads as directed by management and established procedures.
  • Adhere strictly to all company guidelines regarding the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
  • Engage with BDC leadership on various activities within the dealership and beyond the call center.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and dealership management or front-line staff.
  • Participate in departmental and dealership meetings; perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, whether via phone, in-person, or online.
  • Proficient in basic mathematics and writing abilities.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience or a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Must pass drug testing and background checks.
